FLASHLIGHTS - Used to help us see in the dark including readings on some of our equipment.
EMF METERS - Used to detect electro magnetic fields, sometimes believed to be caused by paranormal
activity.
TV/VCR COMBO - Sometimes used to hook up our DVR to record video throughout the night with our IR
cameras. Since we have the DVR we do not use the VCR to record. We just use the TV as a monitor.
DVR - Used to hook up our IR Cameras and record video.
IR (INFRARED) CAMERAS - Stationary cameras used to attatch to our DVR & record video. They utilize
infra red lights which allow the cameras to record in pitch darkness if necessary.
IR SURFACE THERMOMETERS - Used to determine the temperature of certain things in the room.
THERMOCOUPLE AMBIENT THERMOMETERS - This is used to determine the temperature of the air
around us as it is sometimes believed fluxuations in temperature may mean paranormal activity is trying to
manifest.
MOTION DETECTORS - Used sometimes to determine if there is any movement when no one is in an area.
HANDHELD CAMCORDER W/NIGHTSHOT - As with the IR cameras above this is used to record video
during our investigations. Unlike the IR cameras however, this camera is not stationary, it moves with us.
WALKIE TALKIES - Used to contact other members of our team throughout the investigation as needed.
DIGITAL RECORDERS - Used to record potential EVP's (electronic voice phenomenon.) This is one way
that those in this field believe we can communicate with any paranormal activity.

PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL CAMERA W/NIGHTSHOT,
COLOR VIDEO & NIGHTSHOT VIDEO CAPABILITIES - As with the IR cameras above this is used to record
video during our investigations. Unlike the IR cameras however, this camera is not stationary, it moves with us. Also we
can use this camera to take nightshot photos when it isn't feasable for us to use a flash in the dark.
IR ILLUMINATORS - This is a small box with several IR lights on it. It is sometimes attatched to our
handheld video cameras to provide better IR light when shooting video in the dark. This gives us a clearer
video picture.
COMPASS - Used for navigation as well as in conjunction with our EMF detectors to pinpoint any fluxuations
or spikes.
FIRST AID KIT - This is a necessity. Although no one has ever been hurt on our team, you never know when
the ocassional bump or scratch may occur. Such as scratching your arm on a sharp object.
DELL LATITUDE LAPTOP W/XP Pro - This is used not only to analyze evidence but often we hook up our
DVR/IR cam set up to it and use it as a monitor instead of our tv since it's lighter and easier to carry
around with us.
AUDACITY AUDIO PROGRAM - This is the program we use to analyze all our audio files when listening for
possible EVP's (electronic voice phenomenon.)
